With a bachelor in psychology and experience working as a mental health counsellor, in 2010, Dukeslande Florestal began her work with entrepreneurs, creating self-development workshops rooted in emotional intelligence, mindset alignment, and inner congruency.
By 2015, the stress she was witnessing was no longer isolated to entrepreneurs, it was becoming cultural, systemic, and intergenerational. She expanded her focus to include corporations and youth, deepening her emphasis on stress management, nervous system regulation and lifestyle medicine as foundations for true well-being, thus Beyond Stress was born.
Over the past decade, her work has continued to evolve organically, shaped by both science and lived experience.
Dukeslande has also completed a certification in Lifestyle and Wellness from Harvard Medical School - Executive Education.
